Chesapeake Ray Sauté
Ingredients for 1
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Cider vinegar
1 ounce lemon juice
1 tablespoon oregano leaves
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons honey
6 ounces Chesapeake Ray filet
Method of Preparation
Combine all ingredients except the Ray, mixing well. Marinate the Ray in the dressing for about 1 hour. Grill or sauté the Ray filet until medium.
